Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit www.TravelingSportsmanMag.com, complete, and submit the online entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received on or about March 1, 2009; winner will be notified by email same day. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

GRAND PRIZE: 4-day, 3-night stay for two at a Florida Keys resort including airfares, accommodations, fishing the flats for bonefish and tarpon and offshore for billfish and tuna, OR a 5-day, 4-night trip for two at a Colorado hunting lodge, including airfares, accommodations, and hunts for elk and deer. Trips must be taken by March 1, 2010, and arranged as mutually agreed by the winner and the host hotel/lodge chosen. Not included are meals, beverages and tips.
50 OTHER PRIZES will also be awarded ranging from hunting or fishing gear and one-year subscriptions to Traveling Sportsman Magazine.
Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability.
Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
